Powerhouse® HTD® Belts

At Toronto Gear Works, Powerhouse® HTD® belts are metric timing belts that are completely compatible with other HTD® standard tooth profiles, including Powerhouse® HTD® pulleys. They include the first generation of curvilinear tooth profiles.

Powerhouse® HTD® belts are offered in several pitch options, 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, and 14 mm.

Because Toronto Gear Works has a belt slitting machine on site, Powerhouse® HTD® belts are available in nearly any custom width, Toronto Gear Works stocks the following high torque drive timing belts:

• 3 mm pitch belts with 6 or 9 mm belt width
• 5 mm pitch belts with 9, 15, or 25 mm belt width
• 8 mm pitch belts with 20, 30, 50, or 85 mm belt width
• 14 mm pitch belts with 40, 55, 85, 115, or 170 mm belt width

Double sided Powerhouse® HTD® belts are offered in 3 mm and 5 mm pitches. Open ended belting as well as clamping plates are offered in all Powerhouse® HTD® belt pitches.

Powerhouse® HTD® belts are made from neoprene and reinforced with fiberglass cords.

The part numbers for Powerhouse® HTD® belts can be determined as follows:

(Pitch length code) + (Pitch) + (Width Code)

(303 mm pitch length) + (-3 mm pitch-) + (06 mm belt width)
