Also from stock, we provide 10 and 16 groove Poly-V® sheaves bored for QD bushings designed for use with J section belts. TGW stocks steel Poly-V® sheaves with black oxide coating.
Toronto Gear works offers Poly-V® belts with 0.092” rib width and with a thickness of 0.138”. Poly-V® belts have a larger contact surface area than flat belts or even standard V-Belt drives. With improved transmission of power and a more compact design, Poly-V® drives are ideal drives for the precision mechanical component industry.
