E-Z Lock™ Timing Pulleys

One of the perks of using E-Z Lock hubs is that there are no extra hardware requirements. This design allows for a solution to various timing, phasing, and positioning problems that keyways and set screws cannot properly handle. The design of the E-Z Lock™ hub allows for full use of the bore, is easy to adjust, and has built-in overload protection. Set screws in E-Z Lock™ hubs do not make direct contact with the shaft, eliminating deformation issues. The set screw in these hubs can be repeatedly tightened and released without affecting torque transmission. E-Z Lock™ hubs provide TGW's customers with an easy, alternative option in securing your pulley to the shaft.
