TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• Terms are net 30 days.
• All goods under 500 lbs are F.O.B. our plant. Shipments 500 lbs and over are F.O.B. your plant.
• All claims for goods that are lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All Toronto Gear products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Toronto Gear will replace or repair without charge any of its products, within one year, after shipment has proved to be defective as to workmanship or material at time of shipment, provided that the purchaser gives us immediate written notice of the alleged defect. Toronto Gear will not be liable for any damages or delay caused by the said defect, nor shall Toronto Gear be responsible for work done or repairs made by others. Any alteration of Toronto Gear products immediately voids this guarantee.
• We reserve the right to make changes and improvements in our products at any time without notice.
• All returns must be approved by Toronto Gear. A 15% restocking charge will apply. No credit will be issued if goods are altered, damaged or are otherwise not in a resaleable condition.
• Orders accepted by Toronto Gear must not be cancelled or suspended without our approval. Additional costs may apply.
• All orders for custom or “made to order” are based upon supplying up to plus or minus 5% of the quantity ordered unless otherwise stated.
• Indicated weights are subject to change depending on material and manufacturing methods.
