We can produce gears up to 40 inches in diameter— from 64 DP to
2.5 DP, 0.100 to 1 CP and 0.5 to 8 MP.
Gear Rack from 64 DP to 3 DP, up to 8 feet in length.
Our Timing Pulleys and belts include the well known RPP™ and HTD®
brands.
Timing pulleys range up to 40 inches in diameter— from .080 pitch
to 1-1/8 pitch, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm and most "AT" metric pitches.
Some sizes are also available in reduced or zero backlash.
HTD/RPP Pulleys up to 40 inches in diameter, from 3mm to 20mm.
To manufacture
this variety of gears, pulleys and racks we use engine and CNC lathes
with a capacity of up to 12 inches, and work from a bar up to 4 inches
in diameter. We have driling, tapping and milling attachments on these
machines. We also manufacture silent chain sprockets, and are proud
to be licensed by Gates as a maker of Poly Chain®
exclusively for Gates.
Of course, if one of our stock products doesn't meet your needs, we'll
produce to your specifications. Breakdown service is available to all
our customers.
